This Hertfordshire country house was a full turnkey new build interior design project, with Samantha Wren Interiors involved from the moment the house came out of the ground. Working alongside the architect from the early stages meant the interiors were planned together with the building itself, not added once construction was complete.

Being part of the project from the start allowed the electrical and lighting layouts, joinery and furniture to be designed around how the family wanted to use each room. The bespoke joinery and furniture packages were drawn to complement the architecture, with clean modern lines balanced by a warmer, timeless feel throughout.

As a turnkey project, the studio handled every element of the interior. This included the design and specification of furniture, fixtures and fittings, decorative lighting and soft furnishings, through to procurement, delivery and the final installation. The result is a home that feels cohesive from room to room and was ready for the family to move straight into.
